Terms of Service

Welcome to Keetown. These Terms govern Keetown, WisdomBook, AI Interview, AI Brain, family features, mentor profiles, sessions, and related services. By creating an account or using Keetown, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

Protect your credentials and provide accurate information. You may not impersonate others, access content without authorization, interfere with the service, scrape or abuse it through automation, or use Keetown for unlawful, harassing, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Your content and WisdomBook

You retain rights in your original stories, reflections, profile information, and other content you submit. You give Keetown the limited permission reasonably needed to host, store, process, organize, generate from, display, and transmit that content to provide features you choose. Your private, family, and public choices determine the intended visibility of supported content.

AI Interview and AI Brain

Keetown uses AI to help interview, organize, summarize, and converse with user-provided knowledge. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. A Public AI Brain generates responses from content its owner chose to make public; those responses are not necessarily a real-time statement by that person. AI features are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.

Family connections and sharing

Family connections identify relationships between accounts. To send and manage invitations, Keetown processes the invited person's email, name if provided, relationship labels, and invitation status. Connecting as family does not automatically grant either person access to all private WisdomBook content; access depends on the owner's sharing choices and available Keetown features.

Mentors and sessions

Keetown helps people discover mentors and arrange knowledge and experience exchanges. Mentors and participants are responsible for their own statements, advice, conduct, and meeting arrangements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, mentors are not employees, agents, or professional-service providers of Keetown. Private Beta supports Free Sessions; future paid services will be subject to additional payment, cancellation, and refund terms presented when introduced.

Public content

If you choose to make WisdomBook content, an AI Brain, mentor profile, or service public, others may view or interact with it. Publish only material you have the right to share and respect others' copyright, privacy, and other rights.

Keetown intellectual property

Except for user content, Keetown's software, designs, branding, trademarks, interfaces, original copy, and service technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer those rights to users.

Private Beta

Keetown is currently in Private Beta. Features may change, improve, be suspended, or occasionally be unavailable as the product develops.

Service and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Keetown is provided “as is” and “as available.” No online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute security. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keetown is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and account restrictions

We may update these Terms as Keetown evolves and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. You may stop using Keetown at any time. We may reasonably restrict accounts that violate these Terms or threaten users, the platform, or service security.

Governing law and disputes

Specific governing-law, venue, or dispute-resolution provisions will be stated when Keetown's corporate and operating structure is finalized. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
