Keetown is built around personal stories, knowledge, and life experience. This Policy explains what information we process, why we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we process
This includes account and profile information, WisdomBook stories and reflections, AI Interview content, visibility and sharing choices, family relationships and invitations, mentor profiles, services and bookings, and communications with Keetown. We also process limited technical data needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, authentication/session information, and security or diagnostic logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, and secure Keetown; save and organize WisdomBook; operate AI Interview and AI Brain; honor visibility choices; connect family members; support mentor discovery and bookings; send service emails; troubleshoot problems; prevent abuse; and improve the product.
AI processing
When you use AI features, relevant content may be processed by AI service providers used by Keetown to generate the feature you request. Processing content for an AI feature does not by itself make private WisdomBook content public.
Private, family, and public choices
Keetown distinguishes private, family, and public experiences. Private content is intended for you; family sharing follows the audience and permissions you choose and the product supports; content you deliberately make public may be visible outside your family and may support public AI Brain or mentor experiences you enable.
Family information
We process names, email addresses, relationship labels, invitation status, and related account identifiers to create family connections. A family connection alone does not grant access to all private content.
Service providers
We use third-party providers for cloud hosting, database and authentication, AI processing, email delivery, and other necessary operations. They process information as needed to provide their services to Keetown and are subject to applicable contractual, security, and privacy obligations.
Cookies, sessions, and technical data
Keetown may use necessary cookies, local storage, session tokens, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember product settings, secure accounts, and operate the service. Security and diagnostic logs may also be used to detect failures, fraud, or abuse.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while needed to provide Keetown, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect the platform, or for other legitimate purposes. You may contact support@keetown.ai to request access, correction, deletion of personal information, or account deletion. After a deletion request is completed, limited information may remain temporarily or as necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup-cycle, or recordkeeping purposes.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Minors
Keetown is not intended for children under 13. Users ages 13–17 should use the service with permission of a parent or legal guardian and as permitted by applicable law. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to address it.
Your privacy choices and rights
You can manage supported profile and content visibility settings and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. If Keetown becomes subject to additional statutory requirements or adopts practices requiring additional choices, we will provide the notices and mechanisms required by law.
Sale, sharing, and advertising
Keetown's current Private Beta is not designed around selling users' personal information or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our data practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices where applicable.
Policy changes
We may update this Policy as Keetown develops and will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
